We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Customer Experience and Feedback Coordinator to help shape and improve the services we deliver. This key role will lead on capturing, analysing and responding to customer feedback, complaints and compliments, ensuring the customer voice is embedded in everything we do. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will turn insight into action, drive service improvements, and help us meet regulatory and service standards. Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA) is a Welsh registered social landlord, located in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire.
We have nearly 250 staff and manage and maintain around 3910 homes and 210 leasehold properties, as well as large numbers of garages and other land around and within our estates.
