Independent Chair of Community Voice Group

A unique opportunity to lead our Community Voice group.  Our tenants/ leaseholders are at the heart of everything we do, and our Community Voice group is at the forefront.

We are seeking a Chair with who will lead, support and shape a diverse Community Voice Group, exploring opportunities to improve services and support accessibility to all. Collaborating closely with the Board in fulfilling its regulatory obligations, the Chair will represent views and provide improvement recommendations. Additionally, the Chair will work in partnership with the Board to address concerns and explore solutions. This crucial role ensures that community voices are heard, concerns are effectively communicated, and MHA is held accountable for its commitments to tenants and leaseholders.

Do you have …

•             A track record of chairing / leading customer-led groups.

•             Proven experience in community engagement within the housing sector.

•             Excellent communication skills

•             A passion to make a difference!
