An exciting opportunity has arisen working in MHA's Community Living Schemes.

As a Community Living Officer, we are always looking at ways to improve the experience for our older residents. Can you bring fresh ideas be dynamic with your thinking and solutions that can enhance our residents experience of the Community Living Scheme?  If so, this may be the job for you.  

The Community Living Officer will support tenants from the time they move in and be the first point of contact in our schemes to ensure that tenants and the community they live in thrive.

We are looking for a person with an eye for detail to work with our residents across different schemes in the North of the County, to ensure the wellbeing and safeguarding of our tenants. We are looking for someone who can engage with our tenants, be solution focussed and ensure that the homes they live in are safe, well maintained and managed.

Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Check.

Base: Hybrid working - Community, Office and Home.

Hours: 37 hours per week.
